SentinelTracker Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to the following:

1. Account Use
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your password, Partner PIN, or account recovery code with anyone. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Accounts are non-transferable.

2. Authentication
You may sign up and log in using a username and password, or via Discord OAuth. If you sign up with Discord, you can add a password later in your profile for backup access. Do not share your Discord credentials. SentinelTracker staff will never ask for your password or Discord token.

3. Linked Apex Account
You may only link one Apex Legends account to your SentinelTracker profile. Only link an account you personally own. Falsely claiming another player's account is grounds for an immediate permanent ban with no appeal. Exploiting the link system in any way will result in a ban.

4. Conduct
Do not use SentinelTracker to harass, threaten, or defame other players. Do not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or exploit data on the site including the kill tracker, heirloom tracker, or any other tracked stats. Do not attempt to abuse the reporting, career application, or giveaway systems.

5. Cheater Database
The cheater database is maintained by staff and bots. If you believe you have been incorrectly flagged, appeal on our Discord. Do not attempt to abuse or circumvent the flagging system.

6. Bans & Enforcement
Accounts found violating these terms may be suspended or permanently banned at staff discretion, including IP and device bans. You may appeal via our Discord. We reserve the right to ban any account without prior notice for severe violations.

7. Custom Profile Images & Socials
Premium users may set a custom profile image or GIF and display social media links on their player card. Images must be appropriate for all ages — no explicit, offensive, or hateful content. Social links must point to accounts you own. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, and/or account warnings.

8. Warnings & Moderation
Staff may issue warnings for violations of these terms. Warnings are logged on your account and may result in feature restrictions. Accumulating multiple warnings may lead to temporary or permanent feature loss. The site owner can review and remove warnings on appeal via Discord.

9. Premium Subscriptions
Premium access is provided via Whop at $5/month or $50/year (pricing subject to change). Refunds are subject to Whop's refund policy. We may revoke premium for TOS violations without refund. Promo codes and referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Premium features, badges, and pricing are subject to change — major changes will be announced on our Discord. Premium badges (gem, Premium+, Baller) are automatically managed based on your active subscription and are removed when a subscription lapses.

10. Partner Program
Partners are approved content creators who may participate in the affiliate program via Whop. Partner status is granted at staff discretion and may be revoked. Commission earnings are handled by Whop and subject to their terms. The Partner PIN you set to protect your affiliate dashboard is your responsibility — write it down somewhere safe. If you forget it, the site owner can reset it. Never share your Partner PIN with anyone.

11. Sponsored Ads
SentinelTracker displays sponsored ads from third-party advertisers. We are not responsible for the content of advertised third-party sites. Premium members may be exempt from standard ads as noted in their subscription.

12. Data & Privacy
We store your username, email (optional), linked Apex account info, login IPs and device identifiers (visible only to the site owner for moderation), your account recovery code, and any social links you choose to add. We do not sell personal data. Discord account data (ID and username) is stored only if you link your Discord. Apex stats are sourced from public APIs and are not stored by us.

13. Disclaimer
SentinelTracker is an unofficial community project not affiliated with EA, Respawn Entertainment, or Apex Legends. All Apex Legends trademarks belong to their respective owners.

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SentinelTracker constitutes acceptance of the current terms. Major changes will be announced on our Discord server.
